Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently ship across India.

Processing time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier conditions.

Shipping charges: Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.

Tracking: We ship via our logistics partner (Shiprocket). A tracking link is sent to your email/SMS/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Delays: We aren't responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, regional disruptions, or incorrect/incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address and phone number before ordering.

Failed delivery / RTO: If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, any re-shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Lost or damaged in transit: Contact us at care@ornaakshii.com within 48 hours of the delivery date shown in tracking, and we'll help resolve it.
