Refund policy

At Ornaakshii Jewels, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags, cards, and packaging intact. Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Hygiene exception: For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced-ear items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-returnable items: Customised or personalised pieces, items marked "final sale" or "clearance," and free gifts.

Please note (imitation jewellery): Our pieces are fashion/imitation jewellery. Slight variations in colour, plating tone, or finish versus website images are normal and not considered defects. Natural tarnishing over time due to moisture, perfume, or wear is also not a defect.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@ornaakshii.com with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. (An unboxing video is the fastest way to approve these claims — we recommend filming one while opening your parcel.)

How to start a return: Email care@ornaakshii.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return shipping: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or wrongly sent.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items, subject to stock availability.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. To cancel, email care@ornaakshii.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund in such cases.
