Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues).

Payment: Full payment is required at checkout. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST. Applicable GST (3%) is added at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Noida / Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
